Here are the most common depression symptoms
- Sadness, moodiness (almost every day, throughout the whole day), laziness and bad mood.
- Anxiety, nervousness. This disorder involves excessive, unrealistic worry and tension, even if there is little or nothing to provoke the anxiety. It also includes fear of the future, alienation and absence.
- Decreased energy and variation in energy levels. These people usually have more energy in the evening.
- Poor concentration and memory, thinking over, confusion,
- Insomnia (sleeping disorders such as difficulty falling asleep, waking up in the early morning,, at least 2 hours before the usual time, after which the person can no longer fall asleep, or waking up many times during the night).
- Bad thoughts. These people have exaggerated sense of guilt and are preoccupied with past or current problems. They have obsessive thoughts, feeling of hatred and blame themselves for neglecting others and for all the bad things that have happened to them.
